We then post these adverts online through our wide network of partners - this includes more than 100 sites including all major property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location plus many more.

Choosing the right tenant for you:

To select the best tenant for your property, we run a full reference check (at no additional cost). We then arrange a viewing to handpick the best tenant for you.

Handle all the legal paperwork:

We handle all of the legal paperwork including signing the tenancy agreement and other documents. We then collect 1 months’ rent in advance along with a 1 month deposit (Zero deposit also available). After the registration of deposit is complete, we exchange keys and complete inventory/check-in reports.

You are protected by us:

Once you are a part of our “All Inclusive” plan your property is protected by us. We guarantee the rent on time, every time. We have a 24/7 unlimited handyman service for your property and in the event of an emergency, we cover the costs and organise the required service provider to fix the issue.
